Gear Range Dim - Range on/Off

This data indicates what message is being sent from the Body Function Controller (BFC) to the Instrument Cluster to control the Gear Range indicator illumination intensity. On, is displayed when the Body Function Controller (BFC) is commanding the Instrument Cluster to illuminate the Gear Range indicator in a dim light intensity state. Off, is displayed when the Body Function Controller (BFC) is not commanding the Instrument Cluster to illuminate the Gear Range indicator in a dim state (or full bright illumination state).
