Instrument Cluster Indicator(s) Will Not Turn OFF:

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
This test determines if the Instrument Cluster is reading the information from the Class 2 device and if the scan tool is capable of turning off or on indicators within the Instrument cluster. Certain indicators are excluded from this procedure.
