Seat Belt Indicator - Range on/Off/Flashes

This data indicates what message is being sent from the Body Function Controller (BFC) to the Instrument Cluster to control the Seat Belt indicator. On, is displayed when the Body Function Controller (BFC) is commanding the Instrument Cluster to illuminate the Seat Belt indicator. Off, is displayed when the Body Function Controller (BFC) is not commanding the Instrument Cluster to illuminate the Seat Belt indicator. The Seat Belt indicator will indicate to the Driver that the Seatbelt is not buckled (and the Seatbelt Switch is active or grounded) upon Ignition 1 transition from inactive to active or at any time while Ignition 1 is active and the Seat Belt Input should transition from inactive to active; upon either transition the Seat Belt indicator shall illuminate steady for 20 seconds and flash for 55 seconds. At the end of 75 seconds or if at anytime the Seat Belt input becomes inactive or Ignition 1 becomes inactive the Seat Belt indicator will be off.
