Troubleshooting Hints - Brake Transaxle Shift Interlock

1. Check NSBU Fuse by visual inspection.
2. Make sure ground G203 is clean and tight.
3. If Gear Selector does not shift out of PARK, make sure the linkage is properly adjusted.
4. If Gear Selector shifts out of PARK with the Ignition Switch in the OFF position, make sure linkage is properly adjusted.
^ Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure. but prove GOOD in a continuity/voltage check (Refer to Troubleshooting Procedures).
^ Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may affect the integrity of other systems (Refer to Troubleshooting Procedures). Diagnostic Aids
