Glove Compartment: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the rear compartment release enable switch, if necessary.
2. Close the IP compartment.
3. Remove the fasteners securing the IP compartment to the IP.
4. Open the IP compartment in order to remove the IP compartment.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the IP compartment.

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the fasteners securing the IP compartment to the IP, in the closed position.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

3. Install the rear compartment release enable switch, if necessary.
4. Close the IP compartment.
