Horn: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the headlamp assembly in order to gain access to the horn.
2. Remove the nut (2) from the front impact bar.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the horns (3).
4. Remove the horns (3) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the horns (3) to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the nut (3) to the front impact bar.

Tighten
Tighten the nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connector (2) to the horns (3).
4. Install the headlamp assembly.
