Speed Controlled Volume (SCV) Control

The SCV button is a sequencing, push-push type that toggles between the following:
^ SPD VOL OFF
^ SPD VOL MIN
^ SPD VOL MED
^ SPD VOL MAX

The button is active anytime the unit is on.
