Service Vehicle Soon

The DIC displays the SERVICE VEHICLE SOON 23 message when any of the following occur:
^ The PCM detects certain non-emissions related failures. The DIC receives a class 2 message from the PCM requesting illumination. The IPC sends a class 2 message to the radio in order to activate an audible warning.
^ The DIM detects certain ignition switch related failures. The DIC receives a class 2 message from the DIM requesting illumination. The IPC sends a class 2 message to the radio in order to activate an audible warning.
