Horn: Service and Repair
HORN REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the Air Deflector.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the horns.
3. Remove the fastener retaining the horns to the left front frame rail.
4. Remove the horns.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the horns to the left front frame rail.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the horn retaining fastener.
Tighten
Tighten the fastener to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
3. Connect the electrical connectors to the horns.
4. Install the Air Deflector.
