Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

^ Tools Required
- J 37097-A Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
2. Drain the cooling system.
3. Using the J 37097-A, loosen and move the outlet radiator hose clamp (1) at the radiator.
4. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.





5. Using the J 38185 loosen and move the outlet radiator hose clamp at the engine.
6. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the engine.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the outlet radiator hose to the engine.
2. Using the J 37097-A reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp.





3. Install the outlet radiator hose to the radiator.
4. Using the J 37097-A reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp (1).
5. Install the air cleaner assembly.
6. Fill the cooling system.
