Turn Signal On Warning

The Body Control Module (BCM) activates the turn signal on warning with the associated chime frequency with a single chime in phase with turn signal indicator and at a continuous duration. The turn signal on warning sounds when the following occurs:
^ The ignition is ON.
^ The BCM detects that the turn signal is active for greater than 1.2 km (0.75 mi). The BCM calculates the distance based on a class 2 message from the PCM indicating the vehicle speed.
