Tail Lamp Assembly/Backup/Sidemarker/Stop/Turn Signal Bulb
TAIL LAMP ASSEMBLY AND /OR BACKUP, SIDEMARKER, STOP, TURN SIGNAL BULB REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Pull back the rear compartment trim. Refer to Compartment Trim Panel Replacement - Rear in Trunk/Liftgate.
2. Remove the tail lamp thumb nuts.
3. Remove the tail lamp from the rear body panel.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the tail lamp.
5. Remove the tail lamp from the vehicle.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector retainer from the tail lamp housing, if required.
7. Remove the bulb/socket from the tail lamp by rotating counterclockwise, if required.
8. Remove the bulbs from the sockets, if required.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the bulbs to the sockets, if required.
2. Install the bulb/sockets to the tail lamp by rotating clockwise, if required.
3. Connect the electrical connector retainer to the tail lamp housing, if required.
4. Connect the electrical connector to the tail lamp.
5. Install the tail lamp to the rear body panel.
6. Install the tail lamp thumb nuts, and hand tighten.
7. Pull back the rear compartment trim. Refer to Compartment Trim Panel Replacement - Rear in Trunk/Liftgate.
