B.Carburetor Feedback System Testing

1. Connect a tachometer to the engine.

2. Start the engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.

3. Insert an exhaust analyzer probe into the tailpipe.

4. Run the engine at 2500 RPM in neutral for 30 seconds and record the tailpipe CO reading.

5. If the CO reading is greater than 2 percent, replace the Jet Mixture Solenoid Valve after removing the carburetor in step C.
