Code Set Parameters

Introduction of Code Circuits:

The following tests are used to further diagnosis systems monitored by On-Board Diagnosis System and to also test systems or parts of a system which are not monitored by the On-Board diagnosis system. On systems monitored by the On-Board Diagnosis System, only check systems which have been indicated by the fault codes. Prior to performing any of the following tests, check electrical and vacuum component connections as described under ``Visual Inspection.'' Also check electrical connector terminal blades or pins for alignment and damage prior to replacing any component.
