This bulletin is issued to revise the idle speed control (ISC) and throttle position sensor (TPS) adjustment in the following service manuals:

Step 17 on each of the pages should read as follows, please make a note of it in each of the service manuals.
Colt and Colt Vista Manuals should read:
(17) Tighten the fixed SAS until the engine speed starts to increase. Then loosen it until the engine speed ceases to drop (touch point) and then loosen a half turn from the touch point.
Conquest should read:
(17) Tighten the fixed SAS until the engine speed starts to increase. Then loosen it until the engine speed ceases to drop (touch point) and then loosen one turn from the touch point.
