Recall - Excessive HC, CO Emissions and Exhaust Manifold: Parts

A. Emissions Service Parts Packages are being shipped free of charge to all involved dealers for service of affected vehicles. Each dealer to whom involved vehicles were invoiced (or the current dealer at the same location) will receive enough parts packages to service 40% of those vehicles.

The emissions service package and components are as follows:

Note: In addition to the listed emissions package parts, the fast idle release tools provided for California Emissions Recall # 464, PN C3940272, will also be required for this procedure.
B. Exhaust Manifold Parts Packaqes are being shipped at dealer cost to all involved dealers for replacement of leaking manifolds as necessary. Each dealer with involved vehicles will receive enough manifold parts packages to service 10% of those vehicles.

The manifold parts package and components are as follows:

C. Jet Mixture Solenoid Valve. PN MD612014: One jet mixture solenoid valve is being shipped at dealer cost to each involved dealer for inspection/replacement use as necessary.

Additional parts may be ordered from Parts Depots if required. Order only as needed for scheduled repairs.
