1A Checking Speed Control System For Fault Codes

1. Connect the diagnostic read-out tool to the engine harness connector.
2. Put the system into the Diagnostic Test Mode and record all codes.
3. If code 88-55 or 88-12-55 no fault code appears, proceed to Test 1, Step B.
4. If code 88-34-55 or 88-12-34-55 speed control servo appears, proceed to Test 2, Step A.
5. If code 88-15-55 or 88-12-15-55 speed sensor appears, proceed to driveability Test 3.
