1. Disconnect electrical connector.
2. On Colt, Eagle Summit & Colt Vista models, measure resistance value of clutch coil, between terminals 1 and 3. Standard value should read 20 ohms.
3. On Conquest models, measure resistance value of each coil. Standard value between terminals 1 and 2 should read 30 ohms and standard value between terminals 1 and 3 should read 60 ohms.
