Idle Speed Motor Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect the Idle Speed Control Servo connector.

Testing The Idle Position Switch Continuity:

2. Check for continuity between terminals # 3 and body ground.
^ With the accelerator pedal depressed, continuity should NOT exist.
^ With the accelerator pedal released, continuity should exist.

3. If there is a deviation in the tests results, replace the Idle Speed Control Servo Assembly.
