Wiper Motor: Testing and Inspection

Fig. 30 Wiper Motor Terminal Locations:

1. Disconnect wiring connector from wiper, then connect battery to wiper motor connector and ensure wiper motor runs.
2. Connect battery positive lead to terminal 3 and negative lead to terminal 1, and ensure motor runs at low speed.
3. Connect battery positive lead to terminal 4 and negative lead to terminal 2, and ensure motor runs at high speed.
