CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATION
TO REPLACE YOUR VEHICLE'S AM/FM/CASSETTE RADIO

Dear Cirrus, Stratus or Neon Owner:

The satisfaction of our customers is very important to Chrysler. Because of this, we are requesting owners of some 1995 Chrysler Cirrus, Dodge Stratus and Dodge or Plymouth Neon vehicles equipped with a premium AM/FM/Cassette radio, to return them to their dealer for a special service.

The Problem is...
Service is required in order to prevent the radio display from going blank. If this does occur, all other functions of the radio will continue to operate.

What you must do...
^ Simply contact your dealer to schedule a service appointment. Ask the dealer to order a radio for your vehicle at least three business days prior to your appointment.

^ Bring the enclosed Owner Notification Form with you to your dealer. It tells the dealer what service is required for your vehicle.

What Chrysler and your dealer will do...
Chrysler will replace the radio on your Cirrus, Stratus or Neon free of charge (parts and labor). The work will take about a half hour to complete. However, additional time may be necessary depending on how dealer appointments are scheduled and processed.

If you need help...
If you have trouble getting your vehicle repaired, please call the Chrysler Customer Center, toll free, at 1-800-853-1403. A representative will assist you in getting your vehicle repaired.

We're sorry for any inconvenience, but we believe that this special service will help to ensure your continuing satisfaction with your vehicle. Thanks for your attention to this important matter.
