Rear Suspension

The rear suspension is a fully independent strut type. A forged spindle knuckle is bolted to the strut assembly. Lateral links and tension struts are used to control position and movement of the rear suspension.
Due to the construction of this type of suspension, only frame contact or wheel lift type hoisting equipment should be used to raise vehicle.
NOTE:
Rear suspension components which become damaged must be replaced. No attempt should be made to repair these components.
