Horn Test
1. Disconnect wire connector at each horn.Fig.1 Horn Connector:
2. Using a voltmeter, connect one lead to ground and the other lead to the positive wire terminal.
3. Depress the horn switch, battery voltage should be present.
4. If no voltage, (refer to HORN - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING). If voltage is OK, go to Step 5.
5. Disconnect one horn wiring connector. Sound horn. If the remaining horn sounds replace the disconnected horn. If no sound, repeat the test for the other horn. If fuse blows or no sound with either test, replace both horns.
