Test K: Tachometer Test

TEST K: TACHOMETER TEST

Disconnect Instrument Cluster Printed Circuit connector C1. Connect a digital multimeter from terminal C1, WHT (121) wire (harness side), to ground. Turn Ignition Switch to RUN and measure voltage.

^ If voltage is more than 10.0 volts, repair/replace the Tachometer.

^ If voltage is less than 10.0 volts, check WHT (121) wire for an open.
