Backup Lamp: Description and Operation

Voltage is applied at all times through the R/CMPT REL Fuse to the Transaxle Range Switch (4 speed) or the Park/Neutral Position Switch (3 speed). Whenever the gear selector lever is shifted To "REVERSE," the Switch closes and voltage is applied to the Backup Lamps.
