Fuel Gauge: Service and Repair

Instrument Cluster Assembly:

Gage Mounting Screws (Typical):

Remove or Disconnect
1. Negative (-) battery cable.
2. Instrument cluster from instrument panel.
3. Cluster lens and bezel assembly from cluster housing by pushing on tabs.
4. Three screws and fuel gage from cluster housing.

Install or Connect
1. Fuel gage to cluster housing; secure with three screws.
2. Cluster lens and bezel to cluster housing.
3. Instrument cluster to instrument panel.
4. Negative (-) battery cable.
