Parking Lamp: Description and Operation

The parking lamps are located in the front fender, next to the headlamps. Each parking lamp contains a clear, single filament bulb. The parking lamp lens is amber with a reflector. The lens is part of the sealed beam headlamp trim or the composite headlamp assembly (depending on model). The reflector alerts approaching vehicles for safe night-time driving. The parking lamp bulbs will light when either the parking lamps or headlamps are activated.
