Ignition on Mode

Lamp Status: OFF.

The content theft deterrent system goes into ignition on mode upon turning the ignition switch to the ACC or RUN position during one of these modes:
^ Stand-by
^ Lamp flashing
^ Lamp on steady
^ Delayed

The content theft deterrent system stays in the ignition on mode when the ignition switch is in the ACC or RUN position. The Body Control Module (BCM) sends a fuel enable signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to allow fuel delivery to the engine.
