Auxiliary Valve Body and Oil Pump Assemble

1. Install the pump slide (348) into the valve body pump pocket.
2. Install the slide seal support (349) and the seal (350) into the slide.
3. Align the slide pivot with the pump pivot and install the slide pivot pin (345).
4. Install the slide seal (347) into the slide (348).
5. Install the slide seal support (346) into the slide (348).





6. Install the following parts into the valve body:
^ The pump priming spring (359)
^ The spring retaining plug (358)
^ The retaining pin (304)





7. Install a vane ring (351) into the pump pocket.
8. Install the pump rotor (353) into the pump pocket.
9. Install the seven pump vanes (352) into the rotor.
10. Install a vane ring (351) into the rotor.





11. Insert a new auxiliary valve body gasket (331) and the auxiliary valve body cover (330) onto the auxiliary valve body.





12. Install four bolts (8).
^ Tighten the bolts to 11 Nm (98 inch lbs.).





13. Position the auxiliary valve body assembly (343) onto the valve body and pump assembly (21).
