Panic Alarm

When the RFA module receives a valid command from a transmitter to turn on the panic alarm it applies ground alternatively between CKTs 28 and 624 1 time a second.

When the RFA module grounds CKT 28 it enables the horn relay causing the horn to sound.

When the RFA module grounds CKT 624 the lamp control module (LCM) turns on the exterior lamps. The alarm will continue until one of the following events occur:
- The system receives another valid alarm command.
- Thirty seconds elapse.
