Trunk / Liftgate Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Using a small thin flat bladed tool carefully pry the rear compartment release switch (1) from the drivers door panel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the switch (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connector.
2. Align the switch (1) to the door panel. Push inward to secure the switch (1) to the door panel.
