REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the air distributor assembly.
2. Remove the bolts (2) that attach the air inlet (3) to the dash panel (1) and to the front of the dash.
3. Reposition the insulation as needed to remove the [1][2]air inlet assembly (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the air inlet (3) in the vehicle.
2. Reposition the insulation as needed.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the bolts (2) to attach the air inlet (3) to the dash panel (1) and to the front of the dash.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

4. Install the air distributor assembly.
