Knee Diverter: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the IP trim plate.
2. Remove the steering column filler fasteners (1) from the IP.
3. Remove the steering column filler (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the steering column filler (2) to the IP.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the steering column filler fasteners (1) to the IP.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the IP trim plate.
