Air Distributor Duct Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the I/P carrier.
2. Place the I/P carrier face down on a clean work surface.
3. Remove the air distributor duct bolts.
4. Remove the air distributor from the I/P carrier.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the air distributor to the I/P carrier.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the air distributor duct bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the air distributor duct bolts to 2.2 N.m (19 lb in).

3. Install the I/P carrier.
