Head Lamp Reminder

The head lamp reminder chime sounds when all of the following conditions are true:
^ The head lamp switch is in the park lamp position or in the head lamp position
^ The ignition switch is in the OFF position or ACC position

The head lamp reminder chime does not sound when the following conditions are true:
^ The dome lamp switch is in the full down position (max dim)
^ The head lamps are turned ON manually
