Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Remove the Instrument Panel (IP) cluster trim plate.
2. Remove IP cluster screws.
3. Rotate rearward and lift up on the top of the cluster in order to disengage the locating pins, on the bottom of the IP cluster, from the IP.




4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Connect the electrical connectors.




2. Align the locating pins, on the bottom of the instrument panel (IP) cluster, with the locating pin receivers in the IP.
3. Rotate the top of the cluster inward and snap in the locating pins.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Install the IP cluster screws.

Tighten
Tighten the IP cluster screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Install the IP cluster trim plate.
