Cigarette Lighter: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the ashtray.
2. Release the electrical connector retainer tabs from the lighter element.




3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the lighter element.




4. Unscrew the lighter element retainer.
5. Remove the lighter element. retainer.
6. Remove the lighter element.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the lighter element.
2. Install the lighter element retainer.




3. Connect the electrical connector to the lighter element.
4. Install the ashtray.
