Display Test

Certain Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) features are tested when the ignition is turned on in order to verify the features are working properly. The following occurs at key up:
^ The ABS indicator illuminates briefly.
^ The BRAKE indicator illuminates.
^ The charge indicator illuminates.
^ The fasten safety belt indicator illuminates.
^ The LOW COOLANT LEVEL indicator illuminates.
^ The low fuel indicator illuminates.
^ The LOW OIL LEVEL indicator illuminates.
^ The low washer fluid indicator in the DIC illuminates.
^ The oil pressure indicator illuminates.
^ The SECURITY indicator illuminates.
^ The SERVICE ENGINE SOON indicator (MIL) illuminates briefly.
^ The SRS AIR BAG indicator flashes 7 times.
^ The TEMP indicator illuminates.
