Tire Pressure Monitor

The tire pressure parameter is displayed on the DIC as determined by the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM). The tire pressure is displayed on the DIC in one of the following formats:
^ TIRE PRESSURE
NORMAL

^ TIRE PRESSURE
LOW

^ TIRE PRESSURE
RESET

If the IPC receives a class 2 message from the EBCM indicating a low tire pressure condition, the DIC displays LOW. The tire pressure monitoring system is reset by pressing the RESET button for greater than 5 seconds while the TIRE PRESSURE is displayed.
