Transmission Shift Position Indicator Lamp: Service and Repair

TRANS FLOOR SHIFT CONTROL INDICATOR LAMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the front floor console trim plate.
2. Rotate the shift control indicator lamp socket (4) counterclockwise. Remove the socket from the trim plate (1).
3. Remove the bulb from the socket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the bulb to the socket.
2. Install the shift control indicator lamp socket (4) to the trim plate (1). Rotate the socket clockwise to secure.
3. Install the front floor console trim plate.
