Mirror Replacement - Power

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the outside rearview mirror insulator.




3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the outside rearview mirror.




4. Remove the outside rearview mirror nuts.
5. Remove the outside rearview mirror.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the outside rearview mirror.

Notice: Refer toFastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the outside rearview mirror nuts.

Tighten the nuts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).





3. Connect the electrical connector to the outside rearview mirror.




4. Install the inner panel outside rearview mirror insulator.
5. Install the front door trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
6. Inspect the mirror for proper operation.
