Data Link Resistor Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the front floor console side trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side (Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the instrument panel extension trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Replacement (Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the tape from the data link resistor (1).
5. Disconnect the data link resistor (1) from the instrument panel harness.



Installation Procedure





1. Connect the data link resistor (1) to the instrument panel harness.
2. Tape the data link resistor (1) to the instrument panel harness.
3. Install the instrument panel extension trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Replacement (Service and Repair) .
4. Install the front floor console side trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side (Service and Repair) .
5. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement (Service and Repair) .
