Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the upper instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the lower instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the following components from the instrument panel (2):

* The right I/P outer air outlet
* The plastic retainers
* The left I/P outer air outlet
* The screws
* The wire harness retainers
* The instrument panel wiring harness (5)




Installation Procedure





1. Install the instrument panel wiring harness (5) to the instrument panel (2). Secure the harness with the following:

* The wire harness retainers
* The screws

2. Install the left I/P outer air outlet to the instrument panel assembly. Secure the duct with the plastic retainer.
3. Install the right I/P outer air outlet to the instrument panel assembly. Secure the duct with the screw.
4. Install the lower instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair).
5. Install the upper instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement (Service and Repair).
