Tire Pressure Indicator Reset Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement - Left Side (Service and Repair).




3. Disengage the 2 tabs (1,2).
4. Push the tire pressure indicator switch out of the instrument panel.
5. Disconnect the connector from the switch.



Installation Procedure





1. Connect the connector (1) to the tire pressure indicator reset switch (2).
2. Install the switch to the instrument panel. Engage the 2 tabs in order to seat the switch.
3. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement - Left Side (Service and Repair).
4. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Service and Repair).
