Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the fuel pump. Refer to Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).




2. Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector (1).

Note: Make sure that the fuel sender gauge arm does not bend.

3. Release the lock (2) and slide the fuel sender gauge assembly to remove it.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the fuel sender gauge assembly by sliding it downward.

Note: Make sure that the fuel sender gauge arm does not bend.

2. Connect the connector (1) of the fuel sender gauge assembly.
3. Install the fuel pump. Refer to Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair).
