Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Testing and Inspection

Check PCV hose for oil saturation, aging, restriction and hose connections for proper fit and tightness. Inspect and make sure safety valve is intact. Inspect fit and condition of oil cap seal and dip stick O-ring. Check and insure that the heating tube is firmly clipped to the coolant pipe.
