If shipping of the components is not timely or appropriate, Porsche Cars N.A. Inc./Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd., will pay for duplicate labor costs for component swapping from a demonstrator or another available car to save the dealer diagnostic risk and customer vehicle down time for vehicles under the New or Pre-Owned Warranties. Contact your respective DSM for a "Diagnostic Component Swap Authorization" which will cover the additional removal and installation labor. Should you have any questions regarding the contents of this bulletin, please contact your respective DSM or Warranty Specialist.
