Removing and installing torque converter seal ring

Removal

1. Remove transmission and converter.





2. Lever out sealing ring with VW 681


Installation

Installation takes place in reverse order.

1. Wet sealing lip with ATF.





2. Press in sealing ring with special tool 9328 as far as it will go.
