Fault Code 4225

Incorrect Wheel Speed On One Wheel
The fault is stored if the average speed of one wheel is at least 5% greater than the speed of the other wheels for longer than 20 s.

Diagnostic conditions
- Vehicle speed > 6 km/h (3.75 mph)

Possible cause of fault
- Incorrect tyre pressure or wheel size (collapsible wheel, spare wheel)
- Wheel-bearing play is too great
- Toothed ring/pulse ring soiled or damaged
- Incorrect or faulty speed sensor
- ABS control unit faulty
