Version coding - signal implausible.

Function:
In order to permit the OBD to recognize a wrong control module, the wiring harness contains a coding that must agree with the coding programmed in the Tiptronic control module.




Diagnosis Condition:
- Ignition on

Diagnosis Procedure:



1 Check ground at Tiptronic control module connector pin 48.
1. Pull off Tiptronic control module connector.
2. Connect ohmmeter to Tiptronic control module connector pin 48 and ground.

Display: 0 ... 5 ohm.
